DO YOU SUPPLY PROPS?

Yes, based on the theme of your event, we provide a variety of fun & relevant props with each experience. If you have your own props, bring them to the event, we will incorporate them to the experience. We are also happy to customize* props for your particular event. *additional fee will apply

 

HOW MUCH SPACE IS NEEDED FOR THE BOOTHS?

Our open air booths are compact & able to operate in a minimum space of 5' x 5'. However, a 10' x 10' space works best. Our Posh 360° Videobooth, and our enclosed booths do require a minimum space of 10' x 10'.

DO YOU PROVIDE BACKDROPS?

Yes, after we obtain the details of your event, we will reach out to you and recommend various standard backdrop options. Custom* backdrops can be created for your event, call us for more information. *additional fee will apply​

IS A DEPOST REQUIRED?

Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your selected date & time.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Please note: reservations for our Posh 360 require a 30% deposit.

All custom requests must be paid in full, 2 weeks prior to the event.

HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO SET UP?

Full setup usually takes less than an hour. We will arrive at your event

venue one hour prior to the specified start time. If a specific setup time, not during the hours of the event while the booth is scheduled to be operational, was requested, an additional fee may apply.

 

ARE THERE FEES FOR IDLE TIME?

Yes, a $50 fee, for every half hour of idle time will apply. Idle time is when the equipment and staff are onsite, but the booth is not operational. We offer this option at a reduced hourly rate, to ensure maximum use of the rental, while not paying full price for any down time.​

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

Yes, although all deposits, and any additional payments are non refundable. If for any reason your event is cancelled or postponed, and we are given a written 30 day notice, we will do our best to accommodate you with servicing a future event.

HOW MANY PICTURES CAN WE TAKE DURING THE EXPERIENCE?

Until your heart is content and your cheeks hurt.
