TERMS OF SERVICE
A representative of Posh & Poppin, LLC will arrive approximately 1 hour before the service period begins for set up (pending weather conditions). If Client would like Posh & Poppin, LLC to arrive earlier, the time must be agreed upon by both parties and additional fees may apply. Provider agrees to have a photo booth operational 90% during this period; occasionally, operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the photo booth and/or 360 video booth. In the event of prolonged maintenance of photo booth and/or 360 video booth, Posh & Poppin, LLC agrees to extend service period as necessary to recoup the time lost. If the Wi-Fi connection is insufficient or printer fails to print photos on site, the Provider will be allowed to give a web link to the Client where their guests can download photos. If no service is received by Client due to circumstances out of Providers control, Provider's maximum liability will be the return of all payments received from Client. Provider is not responsible for any consequential damages or lost opportunities upon breach of this agreement.
Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the photo booth and/or 360 video booth at event's venue. (8' deep x 8' wide x 8' high minimum) Client is responsible for providing power for the photo booth and/or 360 video booths with an outlet no more than 50 feet away from photo booth and/or 360 video booth location. Access to the desired location for the photo booth and/or 360 video booth must be reasonably accessible for delivery. Client is responsible the ensuring power is available for the photo booth and/or 360 video booth (110v, 5-amp 3 prong outlet). Site for the Photo Booth and/or 360 video booth must be level and dry. Outdoor events: If the photo booth and/or 360 video booth is to be used in an outdoor setting, prior arrangements must be made with Provider. Client is responsible for ensuring that the photo booth and/or 360 video booth is under protective covering and on level ground. In the event client can’t or does not provide appropriate cover, photo booth services will end if inclement weather occurs. In the event that services end early due to inclement weather during an outdoor event Client will not receive a refund in part or in full.
