This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Posh & Poppin collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.poshnpoppin.com website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by URBNevents.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Retainer Fee

A non-refundable retainer in the amount of $150 is due upon signing of this contract. The remaining amount is due 10 days prior to the Client's event. If the event is being held in less than 10 days of reservation, the amount must be paid in full. WE CAN NOT SECURE YOUR DATE ON OUR CALENDARS UNTIL THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND/OR CLEARED.

Payments

We currently accept credit card payments through our website or invoice link. Other blockchain services are available upon request. Personal checks are not accepted.

Time Overage Payments

If the operator uses the equipment for a time period in excess of the service period agreed to on the invoice, the overage in rental time will be billed to the client at the rate of $100 per half-hour. Payment for any overage in time must be paid before extended services are provided.

Date Change or Cancellations

Client agrees to pay Total Fees even if the Client chooses to cancel the order. Customer may cancel the order by giving notice to Posh & Poppin no later than 30 days prior to scheduled pickup/delivery date. In the event the order is cancelled the Customer will lose their non-refundable retainer as well as any balances paid to date. Any cancellation occurring less than thirty days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received. Cancellations made prior to 30 days will forfeit their retainer and any payment received.

Posh & Poppin reserves the right to reject or cancel any rental order/customer at any time for any reason at its discretion. Any monies paid will be refunded and Lessee may not at any time afterward sue for damages. 

Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least thirty days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. Any date change is subject to a non- negotiable $50 change fee. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the retainer shall be forfeited and the event considered cancelled. Any cancellation occurring less than thirty days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received. Cancellations made prior to 30 days will forfeit their retainer and any payment received.
